Capilens provides an AI-assisted free preview and paid digital decision-support report for people planning hair transplant decisions related to medical travel in Türkiye.
Capilens may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
Your account
Capilens uses Google sign-in for account access. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity connected to your Capilens account.
Report limitations
Previews and full reports are informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinic recommendations, or a substitute for independent professional review.
Reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your individual medical situation.
Payments and refunds
Paid reports are digital content. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, and refund requests are handled under the Capilens Refund Policy and applicable payment provider rules.
Clinic and provider intake
Capilens may collect early clinic or provider interest as it prepares future directory, profile, review, rating, messaging, provider dashboard, and moderation features.
Submitting provider information does not promise listing, visibility, patient referrals, leads, partnership, approval, verification, endorsement, recommendation, or ranking.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they submit. Capilens may review, moderate, remove, or decline provider-submitted content.
Future directory content
If Capilens introduces clinic profiles, reviews, ratings, messages, or provider dashboards, related content may come from providers, users, or other sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Future reviews, ratings, messages, and provider content may be moderated, limited, removed, or changed. Messaging, if introduced, will not create an emergency channel or medical consultation service.
No provider-patient relationship
Using Capilens does not create a doctor-patient, clinic-patient, provider-patient, partnership, agency, or referral relationship with Capilens.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access another person's report or account.
- Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, spam, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not interfere with the service, scrape protected areas, or bypass access controls.
- Do not use Capilens for emergencies, diagnosis, or urgent medical decisions.
Limits of responsibility
Capilens aims to provide useful preparation and decision-support prompts, but it cannot promise that content is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
