Data Capilens may collect
- Assessment answers you submit, such as goals, concerns, timeline, destination context, and planning details.
- Email, account, and session identifiers from Google sign-in and Supabase authentication.
- Saved report and dashboard data, including preview and full report access state.
- Payment status, order references, and checkout metadata from Lemon Squeezy. Capilens does not store your payment card details.
- Clinic or provider early intake information, such as clinic details, contact information, service category, and submitted messages.
- Reviews, ratings, messages, provider dashboard information, or moderation data if those features are introduced later.
- Technical logs, device, browser, performance, security, and analytics data needed to operate and improve the product.
Health-adjacent information
Assessment answers may include health-adjacent planning information. Capilens uses this information to provide decision-support content and operate the service, but Capilens is not a medical provider.
How data is used
- To generate and display your free preview and paid decision-support report.
- To save reports to your account and show them in your dashboard.
- To process payment status, report access, support requests, and duplicate charge checks.
- To review clinic or provider intake submissions and prepare possible future directory features.
- To operate, secure, debug, measure, and improve Capilens.
AI processing
Capilens may send relevant assessment and report context to an AI provider, such as Anthropic/Claude, to generate preview or report content. The data shared is limited to what is needed for the report workflow.
Service providers
Capilens may use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Google OAuth for sign-in, Lemon Squeezy for payments, Anthropic/Claude or similar AI providers for report generation, and hosting or infrastructure providers such as Vercel or Google Cloud.
These providers process data as needed to operate, secure, and support the product.
Retention and requests
You can contact capilens@proton.me to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, abuse prevention, support, or operational reasons.
Future features
If Capilens introduces clinic profiles, reviews, ratings, messaging, provider dashboards, or moderation tools, this policy may be updated to describe those features in more detail before or when they become available.
