The Capilens preview is free. No refund is needed for the free preview because there is no charge for it.
Paid digital report
The paid full report is digital content. Once a report has been generated or accessed, refund options may be limited.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered if your paid report was not generated, could not be accessed, or was affected by a technical failure that Capilens could not reasonably resolve.
Content disagreement
Refunds are not normally provided because you disagree with decision-support content, expected medical advice, or expected Capilens to choose, rank, verify, endorse, or recommend a clinic.
Duplicate charges or payment errors
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a payment error, contact capilens@proton.me with the email used at checkout and any Lemon Squeezy receipt or order reference.
Provider fees
Capilens does not currently charge clinic or provider listing fees through the public early intake form. This refund policy does not set future provider, directory, or listing fee terms.

Send refund requests to capilens@proton.me. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, and its payment providers may also apply their own rules and processing timelines.
